DEFY’s first-ever Buffalo Plaid Wax Canvas Mr. Gripper is here, and it’s so ruggedly cool it looks like something Paul Bunyan would’ve carried—if he had a tote instead of an axe. Made from our TexWax™ 5.6 oz Buffalo Plaid waxed cotton canvas, this Gripper has incredible hand-feel and water resistance, thanks to the Paraffin wax it’s impregnated with (don’t worry, it sounds fancier than it is). This is the first time we’ve put this fabric on the outside of a bag that we can remember, and honestly, we’re obsessed with how it’s both bold and classy—kind of like a lumberjack in a tuxedo. (Mr. Lee likes it so much he has a shirt that looks just like it!)
