At DEFY, we stand by our craftsmanship, but if your fit isn't perfect, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
